You may use the website only for legitimate shopping, product research, customer service and other lawful purposes.
You must not:
- Use the website for fraudulent or unlawful activity;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or customer accounts;
- Introduce viruses, malware or harmful code;

- Use the website in a way that infringes another person’s rights.
We may restrict or suspend access where we reasonably believe that these Terms have been breached.
5. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product:
- Images;
- Descriptions;
- Features;
- Specifications;
- Sizes;
- Colours;
- Prices; and
- Compatibility information.
However, minor variations may occur due to:
- Screen and display settings;
- Manufacturing tolerances;
- Product updates;
- Lighting and photography;
- Material characteristics; or
- Supplier and production changes.
Customers should review the complete product description, specifications, size information and compatibility requirements before placing an order.
If an important specification is unclear, please contact us before purchasing.
6. Smart Helmet and Connected Features
ADMX products may include smart or connected functions such as:
- Bluetooth communication;
- Audio navigation;
- Voice interaction;
- Rear-approach awareness;
- Smart lighting;
- Crash or fall detection;
- Emergency contact functions; and
- Mobile application connectivity.
Availability and performance may depend on:
- A compatible smartphone;
- Bluetooth connection;
- Mobile application installation;
- Account permissions;
- GPS or location permissions;
- Mobile network coverage;
- Internet availability;
- Battery status;
- Device settings; and
- Third-party operating systems or services.
Connected features are intended to supplement normal safety practices. They do not replace:
- Responsible riding or driving;
- Compliance with road and safety laws;
- Proper helmet fitting;
- Situational awareness;
- Emergency services; or
- Other required protective equipment.
No helmet or connected feature can prevent every accident, injury or loss.
Customers must follow all product instructions, warnings, maintenance requirements and applicable safety laws.
7. Product Certifications and Compliance
Only certifications, test results or compliance standards expressly stated as completed on the relevant product page or supplied in official supporting documents should be treated as applicable to that product.
A certification described as:
- Pending;
- In progress;
- Under review; or
- Being applied for
has not yet been completed and must not be treated as a final certification.
Customers, distributors and business buyers are responsible for confirming any product-specific regulatory, import, resale or workplace requirements that apply in their intended market before purchase or commercial use.
8. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
Adding a product to the shopping cart does not reserve stock.
We may limit quantities, discontinue products or change availability without prior notice.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order is submitted, we may:
- Contact the customer to propose an alternative;
- Adjust the order with the customer’s agreement; or
- Cancel the affected item and issue an appropriate refund.
9. Orders and Order Acceptance
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase products under these Terms.
An automatic order confirmation email confirms that we have received the order. It does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted.
We may review an order before acceptance for reasons including:
- Product availability;
- Pricing accuracy;
- Shipping destination;
- Payment authorisation;
- Suspected fraud;
- Export or import restrictions;
- Product customisation requirements; or
- Errors in product or order information.
An order is generally accepted when payment has been confirmed and the order is approved for processing or dispatch.
We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary. If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, an appropriate refund will be issued.
10. Prices and Currency
Product prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website or during checkout.
Prices may change without notice, but changes will not normally affect an order that has already been accepted.
The customer is responsible for reviewing the final order total before payment.
The final amount may include:
- Product price;
- Shipping charges;
- Taxes;
- Customisation fees;
- Currency-conversion charges; or
- Other charges disclosed during checkout.
Banks and payment providers may apply their own currency-conversion rates or transaction fees. These charges are outside our direct control.
11. Taxes, Customs Duties and Import Charges
International orders may be subject to:
- Import duties;
- Customs charges;
- Value-added tax;
- Goods and services tax;
- Clearance fees; or
- Other charges imposed by the destination country.
Unless expressly stated during checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Customers are responsible for checking the import and product requirements applicable in their country or region.
We are not responsible for customs delays or additional charges imposed by government authorities.
12. Payments
Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout.
Website payments may be processed through PayPal or another payment provider displayed at checkout.
The PayPal merchant account used for website transactions is held by:
苏州爱道慕客智能技术有限公司
By selecting a third-party payment method, the customer may also be subject to that provider’s separate terms, privacy policy and eligibility requirements.
We do not normally receive or store complete payment-card numbers or PayPal account passwords.
A payment may be delayed, declined, reversed or reviewed by the payment provider for security, verification or regulatory reasons.
13. PayPal Buyer Protection and Payment Disputes
Customers should contact us first if there is a problem with an order, payment, delivery, return or refund.
We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter directly.
Eligible transactions may be covered by PayPal Buyer Protection, subject to PayPal’s own terms, eligibility rules and dispute procedures.
Nothing in these Terms limits any PayPal protection, card chargeback right or mandatory consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
Where a PayPal dispute, claim or chargeback is opened, we may provide PayPal or the relevant financial institution with information including:
- Order details;
- Product descriptions;
- Customer communications;
- Payment records;
- Shipping and tracking details;
- Delivery confirmation;
- Return records; and
- Refund records.
PayPal’s current China buyer-protection terms provide separate procedures for eligible “item not received” and “significantly not as described” claims, and customers are generally expected to contact the seller first.
14. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping is governed by our separate Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Delivery dates and transit times are estimates only unless expressly guaranteed in writing.
Delivery may be affected by circumstances including:
- Customs inspection;
- Carrier delays;
- Weather;
- Public holidays;
- Remote locations;
- Incorrect addresses;
- Import restrictions; or
- Events outside our reasonable control.
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address.
Risk and responsibility for the product will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the selected delivery arrangement.
15. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Returns, refunds, exchanges and order cancellations are governed by our separate Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Customers must obtain return instructions before sending a product back.
Products must not be returned to:
- The Chinese registered office;
- The Australian business partner’s address; or
- Any other address
unless that address is specifically provided in written return instructions.
Approved refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method.
16. Customised and Made-to-Order Products
Customised, personalised and made-to-order products are manufactured according to customer-approved requirements.
Customers are responsible for checking:
- Product model;
- Size;
- Colour;
- Material;
- Logo;
- Text;
- Images;
- Artwork;
- Positioning; and
- Other customisation details
before approving production.
Customised products are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns or cancellation after production has started.
This does not exclude remedies that may apply where the product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly produced or materially different from the approved specification.
17. Customer-Supplied Logos, Images and Artwork
Where a customer uploads or provides a logo, image, design, text, trademark or other material, the customer confirms that:
- They own the material or have permission to use it;
- Its use does not infringe third-party rights;
- It is not unlawful, misleading, offensive or prohibited; and
- We may use it as reasonably necessary to prepare, manufacture and fulfil the order.
We may reject customisation material that appears unlawful, infringing, unsafe or inappropriate.
The customer is responsible for claims resulting from material supplied without the necessary rights or permissions.
18. Product Inspection and Helmet Safety
Customers should inspect products upon delivery.
A helmet should not be used if it:
- Arrives visibly damaged;
- Has been involved in a significant impact;
- Has cracks, deformation or structural damage;
- Has damaged fastening components; or
- Does not fit correctly.
Customers should follow the product manual and applicable safety guidance.
A product involved in an accident or significant impact may need replacement even if visible damage is not obvious.
Contact customer service where product condition or safe use is uncertain.
19. Warranties and Consumer Rights
Any product warranty stated on the website or supplied with a product is additional to any mandatory consumer rights that may apply.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
Where products are directly offered to consumers in Australia and Australian Consumer Law applies, consumers may have automatic guarantees relating to acceptable quality, safety, durability and fitness for disclosed purposes. These rights cannot be removed by a business policy or warranty disclaimer.
20. Customer Accounts
Customers may be able to create an account to manage orders and personal information.
Customers are responsible for:
- Keeping login details confidential;
- Using a secure password;
- Maintaining accurate account information; and
- Informing us of suspected unauthorised access.
We may suspend or close an account where there is suspected fraud, misuse or a serious breach of these Terms.
21. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the website and its content are owned by or licensed for use by the ADMX project and relevant rights holders.
Protected content may include:
- Brand names;
- Trademarks;
- Logos;
- Product designs;
- Images;
- Videos;
- Text;
- Graphics;
- Software;
- Website layout; and
- Technical materials.
Website content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified or commercially used without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
22. Third-Party Services and Links
The website may include or link to third-party services, such as:
- PayPal;
- Social-media platforms;
- Mobile applications;
- App stores;
- Video hosting providers;
- Maps;
- Analytics services; and
- Logistics providers.
Third-party services are operated under their own terms and policies.
We are not responsible for the independent content, availability, privacy practices or decisions of third-party providers, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.
23. Website Availability
We aim to keep the website available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
The website may be temporarily unavailable due to:
- Maintenance;
- Security updates;
- Server problems;
- Network interruptions;
- Third-party service failures; or
- Events outside our reasonable control.
We may update, suspend or modify website features where reasonably necessary.
24. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from:
- Improper product use;
- Failure to follow safety instructions;
- Incompatible devices;
- Mobile network or Bluetooth failures;
- Third-party applications;
- Customs delays;
- Customer-supplied incorrect information; or
- Events outside our reasonable control.
This clause does not exclude liability for:
- Fraud;
- Wilful misconduct;
- Personal injury where liability cannot lawfully be excluded;
- Breach of mandatory consumer guarantees; or
- Any other liability that cannot legally be limited.
25. Events Outside Our Control
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including:
- Natural disasters;
- Severe weather;
- Fire;
- War or civil unrest;
- Government restrictions;
- Epidemics or public-health emergencies;
- Labour disputes;
- Carrier disruption;
- Customs action;
- Supply-chain interruption;
- Power failure;
- Network outage; or
- Failure of third-party services.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers and reduce disruption.
26. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy.
By using the website, customers acknowledge that information may be processed by payment, hosting, logistics, customer-service and technology providers as described in that policy.
27. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws that apply to the relevant transaction.
Customers should first contact us at:
We will make reasonable efforts to resolve complaints through direct communication.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved and the law permits the parties to agree on jurisdiction, the dispute will be submitted to a court with jurisdiction over the seller’s registered location in Suzhou, China.
Nothing in this clause removes any mandatory right a consumer may have to bring a claim in another forum under applicable law.
28. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to:
- Our products;
- Website functionality;
- Payment methods;
- Shipping arrangements;
- Business operations; or
- Applicable legal requirements.
The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
Changes will apply from the date they are published unless otherwise stated.
29. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
